Bohemian Carrot Wedding Cake

Simple Carrot Cake requested to feed the wedding party (actually 48 servings).  Three 10" round carrot cakes with Cream Cheese frosting and a fresh fern pressed into the side.  Displayed on an antique silver pedestal platter.
